Second graders had an enjoyable way of learning the level of organization in the human body. Studying the human body's organization is a challenging lesson for them. Learning this lesson can be enjoyable by making it interactive using simple relatable analogies and hands-on activities. They focused on the basic levels. Teachers presented the vocabulary enrichment. This helps the students understand the words they listen to or read in the foreign language. Vocabulary plays an important role in word recognition. It enables them to speak, write, and read with confidence. It is also the key to reading comprehension. Avoiding complex terminologies and instead use age-appropriate language and visuals. Using some strategies like labeling, matching and word scramble can effectively introduce the concept of the human body’s organization to second graders in a way that is both understandable and enjoyable.
