Primary 6 Students Showcase English Proficiency in Reading Aloud and Conversation Assessment

On January 14, 2025, our Primary 6 students participated in a comprehensive Reading Aloud and English Conversation assessment, conducted in collaboration with MLP's dedicated foreign teachers. Held at the Saint Louis Arena from 8:00 to 9:10 AM, this activity aimed to cultivate students' English reading skills, emphasizing accurate pronunciation, intonation, and fluency. Furthermore, it provided a valuable platform for students to practice conversational English, fostering confidence in communicating with native speakers.
The assessment criteria were adapted from the iPSLE (International Primary School Leaving Examination) Paper 4 English Oral Exam, a globally recognized standard used to evaluate international students. This experience served as excellent preparation for our Primary 6 students as they approach the iPSLE examination in June 2025, familiarizing them with the exam format and expectations.
เมื่อวันที่ 14 มกราคม 2568 นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ของเราได้เข้าร่วมการประเมินการอ่านออกเสียงและการสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษ ( Reading Aloud and English Conversation ) ซึ่งจัดขึ้นโดยความร่วมมือกับครูต่างชาติ แผนก MLP กิจกรรมจัดขึ้นที่เซนต์หลุยส์ อารีน่า ตั้งแต่เวลา 8:00 น. - 9:10 น. กิจกรรมมีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียน โดยเน้นการออกเสียงที่ถูกต้อง ระดับเสียง และความคล่องแคล่ว นอกจากนี้ กิจกรรมที่จัดขึ้นยังเป็นเวทีอันมีค่าสำหรับนักเรียนในการฝึกสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษ ส่งเสริมความมั่นใจในการสื่อสารกับเจ้าของภาษา
เกณฑ์การประเมินการอ่านออกเสียง และการสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษได้รับการปรับปรุงจาก iPSLE (International Primary School Leaving Examination) การสอบ iPSLE ภาษาอังกฤษ ฉบับที่ 4 ซึ่งเป็นมาตรฐานที่ได้รับการยอมรับทั่วโลกที่ใช้ในการประเมินนักเรียนต่างชาติ โดยประสบการณ์นี้เป็นการเตรียมความพร้อมที่ดีสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 แผนก MLP ที่กำลังจะเข้าสู่การสอบ iPSLE ในเดือนมิถุนายน 2568 เพื่อทำให้นักเรียนคุ้นเคยกับรูปแบบของการสอบ
