POPULATION DYNAMICS World: Represents You and Me

Have you ever wondered about the factors that affect the population of a particular species? In this month’s Mathayom 4 newsletter, we will explore the concept of population dynamics.
Population dynamics refer to the changes in the size and structure of a population over time, including factors such as birth and death rates, immigration and emigration, and other environmental factors.
One key concept in population dynamics is carrying capacity, which is the maximum number of individuals a given ecosystem can support over a sustained period of time. When a population exceeds the carrying capacity, resource depletion and competition can lead to a decline in population size.
The study of population dynamics can also have practical applications. By understanding the factors that drive changes in population size and structure, we can better protect and manage the world’s biodiversity.
