On 22 March 2024, Primary 4 learners, with Mr. James Devall, extended their counting abilities by playing “Snakes and Ladders”. This also allowed them to develop their number sense, and gain confidence in ordering numbers.

The students were grouped into 4. Then, they were tasked to order a set of 4-digit numbers in ascending and descending order. After writing down the numbers they landed on in the game, they used teamwork to again arrange the 4 numbers from the lowest to highest value and then highest to lowest value.
