MLP's Secondary 1 students recently put their English skills to the test during the Reading Aloud and Conversation English Performance on September 4, 2025. Held at the Saint Louis Arena from 8:00 to 9:10 AM, the event gave students a chance to practice and showcase their abilities with guidance from MLP's foreign teachers.

The performance focused on two main areas:

Reading Aloud: Students were evaluated on fluency and pronunciation, paying special attention to how they used pauses, pitch, and tone to make their reading more effective.

Conversation: The speaking section measured students' clarity and confidence. They were also assessed on their vocabulary, grammatical accuracy, and ability to interact and share ideas.

This experience was a great way for students to build confidence and lay a strong foundation for their future success in English communication.
