Party Time!
We have been approached by the Chocolate Chip Cookie Council (CCCC) to cater for the International Chocolate Chip Cookie Day celebrations. We asked our dedicated team of professional chefs to prepare the food for the big party. Head chef, Miss Kittiya, started training our young cooks and assisted with adjusting recipes and procuring rare ingredients. There was no time to waste, we had to start cooking immediately.
We chopped, we stirred, we baked and we assembled. We tasted and we adjusted. Everything had to be perfect. The chefs were given free reign to prepare their favourite dishes as long as they were able to describe the food in terms of shapes and colours.
“It’s a green rectangle!”
“It’s a brown circle!”
“It’s an orange triangle!”
“It’s a pink square!”
Not even Gordon Ramsay would have been able to find fault with the delicious gourmet dishes prepared by our creative young chefs. Every serving was prepared with talent, skill and precision. They managed to stay focused in spite of the extreme pressure and the time constraints.
The party was a great success. Well done chefs! We are proud of you!
