On 30 October and 1 November 2024, the EP Academic Department, with the help of homeroom teachers, successfully held the “P1-6 Dictation: Listen, Write, and Excel!” activity. The event served two purposes: to assess the students' listening abilities and strengthen their dictation skills.

This assessment was in a timed format. Foreign teachers clearly read out each English word twice, and students were expected to accomplish two tasks: accurately spell the word in English, and provide its meaning in Thai.

Through this activity, students confidently demonstrated their ability to convert sounds into words. Even when encountering unfamiliar words, the students were sounding out letters and giving their best effort for each vocabulary item. This helps equip them with skills for dealing with unfamiliar words in the future and develops techniques to improve spelling and linguistic knowledge.
