Last week, ACSP invited Professor Tirayus Jaiyai (P’Tang) from Dusit Thani College to lead the S4-5 Trendy Culinary ‘Bake a Cactus Cupcake’ activity. This event aimed to improve students’ baking skills through hands-on learning experiences, allowing them to move beyond just theoretical learning.

Everyone had a great time learning and decorating their cakes into various cactus shapes. Students unleashed their creativity and designed their cupcakes according to their own ideas & imagination. Professor Tang and the team from Dusit Thani also guided the students with advice and assistance. The culinary room was filled with smiles and a delightful buttery aroma. Students left with both new knowledge and delicious cactus cupcakes to share with their class.
